The Legend of the Kokopelli.

Ancient paintings and rock carvings of the Kokopelli exist dating back as far back as three thousand years. In Hopi and Zuni legend the Kokopelli carry seeds in their hump and travel over the Earth Mother scattering seeds as they walk. They play ancient songs which the Corn Mother and other spirits find pleasing. The Kokopelli then join other spirits and dance for the crops. The Kokopelli stand for fertility in people and bring new children as well.
